The hotel is situated away from the town center, but offers a peaceful atmosphere with a pool and nice staff. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and good quality towels. The breakfast includes tasty local foods and there is a choice of different options. The internet and AC worked perfectly during my stay.
There was a problem with the staff overcharging and their lack of knowledge in resolving the issue.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to rectify a billing mistake, showing their exceptional customer service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with high-quality towels provided. The AC and internet worked perfectly, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast options were varied, with a choice of six or seven different kinds. We particularly enjoyed the well-prepared American breakfast. The hotel was incredibly clean and organized, creating a pleasant atmosphere for guests.

My new year at this hotel was amazing! having a grocery store nearby was a life saver. the staff was friendly and helpful, giving me recommendations of local restaurants and attractions. And the room was spacious and comfortable, with good air conditioning.
The location was far from the main tourist spots and it felt unsafe walking around during late hours.
